Zoho announces tie-up with TCS

Zoho has come up with an alliance strategy with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for enhanced customer relationship management, IT Service Management, and e-Commerce solutions to solve issues that the company faces with handling large enterprises.

The Chennai-based SaaS company that has expanded farther from its roots to countries like the US recently announced its tie-up with TCS which will be focusing on exchanging the promotions of the products and services offered by the duo.

With this tie-up, Zoho will be able to establish its products with TCS’ worldwide customers across 46 nations with its more than 45 business applications that encompass data analytics, powerful artificial intelligence features, and unified search.

Ambi Moorthy, Global head of partner development at Zoho Corp told that TCS will make Zoho a Center of Excellence, while Zoho will be working with teams in TCS to prepare and guarantee their representatives on Zoho applications. Cloud adoption has been increasing the pace of digital transformation which has been profitable to Zoho, as a result of which they’ve been closing new deals, with several leads coming in, he added.

Co-founder and CEO of Zoho Corp Sridhar Vembu told that TCS has a business-first approach to their services and Zoho also adopts similar measures when it comes to their technologies while offering an integrated platform for large businesses and providing them with solutions.

Both parties are working together while Zoho is involved in making teams from TCS get accustomed to their products like Zoho CRM Plus.

Zoho will also be able to provide their suite at comparatively lower prices which will be of value to the other making it efficient for them to manage multiple applications with its fully integrated information system and a unified view of the customer.
