Used two-wheeler sales company CredR has lately announced its news services – CredR Care. Under their new service offering, the company will undertake doorstep bike servicing in selected cities of Pune, Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Delhi NCR.
People looking to avail the CredR Care service can book a package according to the model of their bike. They can select home or office as their place of service according to their comfort.
Auto experts will execute the servicing of the bikes while following social distancing and sanitization requirements. The company in their statement revealed that, from being a full-time used two-wheeler seller to moving into two-wheeler servicing was a natural evolution for them. The Chief Strategy Officer, of CredR, Sasidhar Nandigam, said that their proficiency in the area of “bike refurbishment and maintenance makes us fully equipped to make this move”.
The pandemic has caused social distancing amongst the people. This has caused people to purchase their own bikes. Therefore, the company is quite confident that their door-to-door servicing will definitely do a good job in the market, added Nandigam.
Users can easily book a two-wheeler servicing package from either office or their home according to the make and model of the bikes they own. They can select the date and time for servicing according to their convenience and then schedule their doorstep servicing.
Despite being positive about CredR Care, the company also revealed that the two-wheeler industry is not well-organized in terms of servicing. Instead of getting their bikes serviced from authorized service centers, the bike owners visit the roadside garages just to save some money. They spend about Rs 200 – 400 and expose their bikes to contamination, especially since the Covid-19 disease is on the rise.
